Hi – My name is Joe Peterson and I have been a stonecutter most of my life.
My symptoms of Parkinson’s began in 2013, around 5 years ago at the age of 50 – soon I will be 56 and the young onset of Parkinson’s has certainly changed my life. I am right side tremor predominate and they are getting more and more difficult to manage.
You might say, I am now in the “Art of Medicine” phase. Which means that there is no simple solution in reducing my disease symptoms and medication is mostly managed by trial and error.
I am thankful that I can still work, however I am presented with difficult challenges everyday as some days are better than others.
My customers have all been very understanding and for that I am very grateful.
